It has a membership 33 property owners. The access road is unassumed township road and is maintained by the association. The association is a member of FOCA and is seeking growth through participation with other associations. The membership is made up of both full time and seasonal residents.
Membership fees pay for road maintenance, legal fees and other needs when they arise. Issues tackled by the association in recent years include:

ROAD ACCESS: The restaurant is on Highway 35, about 5 minutes North of Norland just before Moore Falls on the right hand side.
BOAT ACCESS: The restaurant is on the left hand side of Moore Lake just past the River exit, dock space is limited
TIME: 10:00 AM
NOTE: Breakfast will be available (each person pays their own) If having breakfast there it is recommended to arrive about 30 – 45 min early for serving purposes.
